The global financial crisis impact on chinese employment market. The realities of the global recession are raising great pressure to chinese university employment. According to a survey on school university students' psychologically healthy condition which is provided by China's Society Investigation bureau shows that 75% university student thought the pressure mainly comes from the social employment; 50% feel confused to their future; 41.7% conveys their concern and consideration, and only 8.3% of them are still full of confidence about the reality.

In fact, the difficulty of the university graduates get employed increases, is society's whole employment environmental effect. University graduate employment pressure enlarges these years, is exactly our country overall employment contradictory aggravating several years, the newborn labor force employment and the laid-off workers re-employment interweave mutually, the labor force supply exceeds demand the contradiction is extremely incisive. The pressure of the university gets employed high, the reason also lie in the constitutive property.

Though the country has introduced programs to help graduates find jobs, pressures remains high at a time, " around 6 million new graduates of college and graduates school will join the job search this year. That's in addition to the one million who graduated last year but are still unemployed." While many companies are reluctant to recruit new employees.

"Under the background of the global financial crisis, China's employment rate of college graduates this year can barely reach 70 percent, which is considered a desirable rate according to international standards."

In recent years, college students find it increasingly difficult to get a job. It sounds strange since young college students are usually intelligent, well-educated phenomenon, aspirant and eager to bring their talent into full play. Then what underlies the strange phenomenon?
