You may not have $57,000 for a new Rolex, but that doesn't mean you can't have a great quality timepiece. One Swiss competitor -- Tag Heuer watches -- markets sporty and sleek designer watches to athletes and artists alike for a fraction of the price (roughly $1,000 - $4,000).
Not only have they won many awards for original chronograph design and timed the World Olympics and Indy 500, but Tag Heuer is also a company that gives back to the community. In 2007, they donated to the "Save The Children" charity in a highly publicized event combining celebrities with high-end sports cars.
The new women's line of Tag Heuer watches has scored ambassadors like actress Uma Thurman and Wimbledon champion Maria Sharapova. The line features diamond dials and a flower-petal bezel design, while promoting a look that combines strength and sportiness with sexiness and professionalism.
